- 1/2 cup Luz Almond Original
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cucumber
- two large handfuls of spinach
- Vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbs nut butter
- 1/2 cup of ice (the more you add the thicker it gets)
- 1 tsp stevia
- Toppings: berries/granola/coconut chips/chia/activated nuts etc
1. Blend until desired consistency.
2. Top with cut up berries, granola, coconut chips, chia seeds, activated nuts etc.
Optional: add any fresh herbs like parsley, mint etc. for an extra zing! The more greens, the better 🙂
